An emotionally healthy child is able to move through their emotions with ease, and because of that, is better able to navigate life's challenges. You want to raise a resilient child who benefits from lifelong mental health. Join me for 3 live sessions as we deepen our understanding of ourselves, our children, and our role as parents in nurturing our child's emotional wellbeing.

This Course is for you if you want to be the person your child can talk to.

This course is for you if

You want your child to:

  • Be able to move through their big feelings with ease and flexibility.

  • Feel comfortable expressing emotional vulnerability.

  • Have a well developed emotional vocabulary.

  • Be able to cope with life's adversities.

  • Develop mature self-regulation skills.

  • Be able to make good choices even when emotionally charged.

  • Understand that they can always turn to you, no matter what.

1 in 6 children struggle with their mental health. How we respond to our child's emotions (even in infancy) has the potential to impact their lifelong mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The Children's Society

Join me, Dr Kimberley Bennett , for three LIVE sessions, as I support you to

  • Change the wiring of your child's brain to positively impact their lifelong mental health.

  • Discipline your child in a way that preserves their relationship with you, and their relationship with themselves.

  • Understand your emotional reaction to your child's big feelings and behaviours.

  • Stay calm and not react to triggers.

  • Respond when your child is overwhelmed or challenging.

Whether you are a first time parent or have years of experience, join me and explore how to be the parent your child needs.

You will reflect on your own biases while learning practical short, sweet and actionable strategies for managing behaviour, fostering positive relationships, and promoting your child's social and emotional wellbeing.

PsyD. Child, Adolescent and Educational Psychology

As a psychologist and a single mother of two young children, I get it.

I created The Psychologist's Child to support other families to feel confident in their decision to parent from a place of connection, to nurture their relationship with their child, to nourish their child's neurodevelopment while navigating the challenges of infancy and early childhood.

I love sharing what I have learned with you.
