I get it - as parents we can worry about the impact of a new baby on our child. I had a new baby 5 months ago and, as a child Psychologist, I knew how important it was to prepare my son for this transition. Let me walk you through it all. Telling your child about the baby, preparing them for the birth, navigating their emotional experience as they adjust to a new sibling, nurturing connected relationships...and more

What we will talk about...

This practical webinar is packed full of ideas to prepare your older child before the baby arrives and navigate the transition to siblinghood after baby's arrival.

Why I created this course

It is such an emotional time in the lead up to having another baby. So much of our emotional energy is spent on wondering how best we can prepare our child for our labor and for our new bundle joining our family. Let me carry some of that weight for you. I will share with you all the tools and strategies you need to feel reassured that your little one will cope beautifully with this new transition.

What People Are Saying...

Suzanna

Kimberley’s webinar was everything I needed. I’d been feeling overwhelmed thinking about how to prepare my older child for the new baby and hard to imagine how we’d all be able to cope. The webinar gave me insights into how to emotionally and practically prepare my child, as well as strategies that myself and family members can use to support him through the process of adjusting to life with baby here. Kimberley has a warm, genuine and compassionate presence which felt so reassuring too. I highly recommend this webinar!

Aoife

I highly recommend this webinar for any parent introducing a new sibling into the family. Kimberley has a wealth of knowledge in the field and delivers the workshop with such kindness and compassion. She presents the research in a way that makes it easy to understand and shares her own experiences throughout. This makes it feel so relatable and really helped me feel less anxious about everything. She is such a lovely person and you instantly feel more at ease listening to her strategies on how to manage such a daunting life change. Thank you so much Kimberley and I look forward to attending many more of your workshops!
